Rediscover the Magic of Home Care 2020 HCAOA Annual Leadership Conference 2 It’s no secret that 2020 has forced all industries to adapt to new circumstances, and home care is no exception. While your caregivers have been hard at work to help protect your clients and prevent the spread of COVID-19, agency owners like yourself have been busy to make sure they have everything they need— securing PPE, providing testing, and securing whatever financial assistance that’s being provided by the federal and state government. With respect to those factors, we wanted to provide an event for agency owners that would provide reassurance, renewed purpose, and reignited passion. In other words, in the midst of this overwhelming season, we want to help you rediscover the magic of home care. But we also know that home is safer when it comes to COVID-19, so we’re doing things a little differently this year.
