Over-Dimension Permit Fees are Changing in 2022 Because of the 2017 Keep Oregon Moving Act, the fees for single-trip, over-dimension permits are changing. Road Use Assessment Fees (RUAF) for movement of a single, non-divisible load in excess of 98,000 pounds will increase by approximately 10%. All rate changes will be in place on permits effective on January 1, 2022 or later. Fees for permits effective before January 1, 2022 will have the current fee rate.
