If not, you may want to start thinking about it. Gen Z is pre-programmed to care about the environment and wants to make a difference in the world. Of course, some things are universal. Everyone agrees that higher pay, benefits—including paid time off—and more flexible route options all go a long way to recruit and keep top talent. Then again, maybe trucks will be fully autonomous and running themselves by the time the younger Gen Z crowd is old enough to get a CDL!
