16 Oregon Trucking Association, Inc. Oregon Truck Dispatch ATRI’s research identified key findings in each of these three infrastructure components. New research from the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) provides an assessment of the infrastructure needs for electrification of the U.S. vehicle fleet, with an emphasis on the trucking industry. Large-scale infrastructure investment would be a necessary precursor to electrification.
