A dentist’s registration is not required for dental team members to register. All registrations received after April 28, are subject to the regular registration fee. Your registration materials if not mailed can be picked up at the NMDA Registration Counter inside the Albuquerque Convention Center during Fiesta NMDA registration hours. Register before April 28 and all registration materials will be sent to you. Please type or print clearly. Errors lead to delays in processing your registration. This will be the name displayed on your ce confirmation and badge. Select registration category and code for each person registering. Include appropriate fee according to registration date. Make sure to include each person’s proper email in order to receive continuing education confirmations. Registration will not be processed until payment is received in full. Ticketed events are on a first-come, first-served basis. An Attendee registered as a “Guest” (non dental spouse or child) is not eligible to receive CE credit. Dentists may only register as dentists. On-site registration will be available. Ticketed events will be subject to availability. Avoid the line - register before Aoruk 28! NMDA / ADA 2022 membership must be current in order to pay member prices. Badges must be worn and visible at all times. All functions require this badge for admittance. Any individual transferring his/her badge to a non-registrant will have his/her badge confiscated and will be denied admission to the meeting. Lost or forgotten badges will only be replaced at the Registration Counter on-site. You may expect to wait in line for replacement badges. Please remember your badge! Register online.
